To secure your date, we require a signed contract with a non refundable first payment of $1000.
Yes! After the first payment of $1000 at time of booking, we offer monthly payments with the last payment due 3 months prior to the wedding. All payments will be made online through your client portal.
Yes! If the bride or groom has served or is currently serving in the US military, we offer a 10% discount on the rental of our venue.
We do ask that you present your military ID at the time of booking.

Yes! Inside the reception barn, there is a bridal suite with a large vanity counter with 5 stations for hair and make up, a couch, and two chairs. There is also a private bathroom inside the suite.
There is a small secluded cabin with a porch at the edge of the woods near the pond for our groom and groomsmen! There, you’ll find a room of fishing gear, a table and chairs, a couch, and tv. Also a bathroom and kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave!
The event barn does have heating and air conditioning as well as fans in the main room and covered patio to keep your guests comfortable even when all the garage doors are opened.
The cabin is also temperature controlled!
Yes! We have 300 chairs total; 150 for the ceremony, and 150 for your reception!

No! The ability to have a rehearsal is included in a single day OR two day wedding rental.
Absolutely! Our venue manager will walk through the property with you, your fiancé and your coordinator to help you figure out your layout and table placement to give you several weeks to get any last minute items you may need! We have found this helps your set up go much smoother!
Yes, flame candles are allowed but must be enclosed in glass votive with the wick covered.
We do require our couples to purchase event insurance. This protects you from liability during your wedding in the event of property damage, personal injury, etc.
Our arbors are available for you to use at no additional cost! However, you are more than welcome to bring, build, or rent your own to use.
Wedding coordinators are required for single day weddings and highly encouraged for two day weddings. This is to ensure there is someone on site to help your big day to go smoothly by removing the stress of the details so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your big day!
Alcohol may be served at your reception or event by a licensed bartender. There is a $400 alcohol premium fee that will be added to your invoice for the events that will have alcohol on the premises.
